SKIFT [ʃɪft]: We specialise in compositional devising, rediscoveries and interdisciplinary work. We think of SKIFT as a way of preparing yourself for something to happen - committing to an impulse not knowing where it will take you.
Our approach is interdisciplinary and rooted in the concepts of Time and Space. It provides a framework which can be applied to directing, acting and creative processes.

Founder & Co-Artistic Director
Born in South Africa, David is an actor and theatre maker based in London. He studied drama at Exeter University, followed by an Acting MA at Guildford School of Acting.

Founder & Co-Artistic DirectorMarita is a Scandinavian actor and theatre maker based in London. She trained at the Classical Acting Program at LAMDA, and did her MFA in Acting at Guildford School of Acting.
